Hello there. I'm Laurie (Laurevi is a mash up of my first and last name.) and I am a former middle school music teacher who is now navigating the wide open spaces of retirement. I live in the Clear Lake suburb of Houston, TX with my husband and cat.
My plan is to write about the things I'm learning as I delve into the world of postcard collecting and ephemera, but you never know what might strike my fancy, so don't be surprised if there is a post about journaling, or travel, or the small events that make up our daily lives.
